First of all, thank you, this website is a very good idea, I hope a lot of custom weapons will be posted, :)

As a suggestion, I know this might be very hard to put in place, even impossible, but it would be awesome to have a weapon profiler, in flash code, like the larue profiler, with more furniture & accessories, in order to visualize a custom before build it. :p I know that sounds crazy but it would be sooo sweet.

iv got another one. how about a log in area on the top bar next to "my builds"?

that way we dont have to go to the forum to log in.

also, how about the choice to leave a paragraph of info in your own words under the parts and specs areas. that way, the owner can spike up a conversation with his commentators or speak of how well it preformed in its scrimmages.

I think it would be cool if clicking on "My Builds" either took you to your builds page, or to a login screen if you aren't logged in.

It pretty much does... if you aren't logged in, it gives you a link to login or register.

i was wondering if you can create a feature to enable a member to organize the succession their guns appear on "my builds" and "view my other weapons"

this way, if a member has a special preference to how their weapons are succeeded one after another, then they can change it accordingly

for instance,
1. if a member wished to organize their "my builds" section in order of earliest creations to latest creations
2. organized in terms of pistols first, etc etc

You should add a field where we can write what the original base gun was.
Often a project gun isn't the same type of weapon it started out as, like an M4 growing into an M16 or SPR, or my MG42 slowly changing itself into an MG3 :)

Maybe add an option for adding videos too?

@mrBIG - yes, that doesnt seem too hard to do. i'll implement something like that in a future update.

@panzergraf - there is going to be a notes field for people to write general things about their gun - i think build progression would be a good thing to put there. Regarding videos - i like that idea - definitely something to consider!

I don't really want to put comments on my own builds when people ask how to do certain things so I'll want to put in any answers/construction pointers in that part.

A notes section as been added. If you go to "My Builds" and click update weapon, you will see it there.

If you click "My Builds" in the top right corner, you'll see a hit counter with each of your guns. :)

Hey, not sure if its been suggested, but when I was reading the comments users are allowed to make on other replicas, I found it hard to read the black text on the gray background. Perhaps the text could be changed to white to make it a little bit easier on the eyes?

Fix the criteria on the search engine. A good example is when searching builds by user and you type in my screen name several builds come up that are not mine.

It seems the searches work fine until you click on page 2 or more, i'll get this fixed.

Regarding the comment text - I can read it just fine... anyone else having a hard time reading the comment text?

I'm trying to add an AEP piston which shares most/all of the internals with an AEG. When I choose the category "electric pistol" there's only 3 fields to fill out. Might want to make another category for AEP's with the same field choices that AEG's have.

How about the possibility to search by brand? I'm always intrigued by the different guns made by different manufacturers, and being able to see what people have done with those brands is always entertaining.

Here's an idea: How about you put a Maximum Effective Range option when posting a build? I've always wanted to know how far certain sniper rifles shoot with all those custom upgrades.

When you click on the "My Builds" link, it will show you how many views each of your pages have. It could be made more noticeable though. :)

Oh, and why not add a favorites option for those who look through the massive amounts of weapons listed in this awesome site. It would make things a little more convenient when trying to find that one certain gun that was really well built. Plus, posters could see how many times certain guns they posted up were "favorited", pleasing them as well. Good idea?

Maybe it is just me, but when I use the sites signature link:

It does not show all the guns I have posted on this site. I am curious to know if that is an error of the site or is the site programing. I ask because when I click on the link it shows the last 20 guns I have posted and I have actually posted 37 guns on this site.
